| 5:30 pm-8:00 pm | Business Protocol Dinner Piedmont ClubHave you ever found yourself wondering, “What’s this fork for?” or “Is this my glass or the person’s beside me?” If this is you, don’t even think about missing your chance to attend this semester’s Business Protocol Dinner. With much business taking place across a table instead of a desk, it is important that you know how to handle yourself accordingly while dining and discussing business.
During this session, Anne Turner Hill will lead a short reception where business students will learn the basics of simultaneously holding stemware and an appetizer, shaking hands and working a room. When you’ve mastered that art, you will be invited to navigate your way through a delicious four-course meal with instructions on managing your “implements,” linens, toasting, excusing yourself, and everything in between.
There is no cost to attend the dinner. Professional dress is required. Please see Hannah Terpack for information regarding accommodations for men’s jackets. Please also notify Hannah Terpack if you have any special dietary issues. Seating is very limited so reserve your seat today!
RSVP to Hannah Terpack by February 28. |
