Interactive discussion, advice and strategies for preparing your P & T files with a focus on the category of Teaching; Tips and guidelines for writing successful proposals for the TAPS grant; Best Practices for preparing a teaching portfolio for the Bank of America Excellence in Teaching and Advising Award. Presenters include the current chairs of the Faculty Excellence Committee and the Promotion and Tenure Committee, the Dean of Students, recipients of the Excellence in Teaching and Advising Award, and recently tenured and/or promoted faculty.
