VACCINE COSTS (Payable by cash, check (to USC Upstate), or Carolina Card (in office ONLY) – NO credit or debit cards accepted):
• Students: $ 10 (unless eligible for Federal Vaccines for Children OR SC STATE Vaccine Programs)
• Faculty & Staff: $ 20 (Seasonal) OR $25 (High-dose: Age 65+)
• Pneumonia (All): $ 55 (Yes, the price went down!)
